I am with you 100 percent, exercise is the key to maintain a healthy body. I hate medicines and drugs and have a firm belief that if you take care of your body doing exercise, the body will take care of its own. I do some form of exercise every day, I alternate yoga classes with aerobic routines and I feel good and 5o still feel like I am 15!

Very well pointed. Daily exercise has great benefits for our health, as you mentioned. The first thing I noticed when exercising daily that the sleep improved a lot. I sleep well and without wakening many times during the night.
Of course, there are days when I do not have time to exercise, but I’m doing the 30 minutes walk. We are too busy with our work and personal things, but health is in the first place.
